Using the Blackstone to make our favorite meal, makes it so easy to combine. With the large surface I am able to cook everything quickly and easily.
Can you Make Sloppy Joes on Blackstone?
Yes, you can make it on the griddle. The ground beef cooks and then top it with the ketchup based ingredients for a delicious dinner. Once the ground beef, it only takes a few minutes to heat and combine everything.
Ingredients:
- Ground Beef
- Onion (diced)
- Minced Garlic
- Ketchup
- Brown Sugar
- Yellow Mustard
- Hamburger Buns
How to Make Sloppy Joe on Blackstone Griddle:
- Step 1 – Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
- Step 2 – Brown the ground beef with the diced onion on the Blackstone grill over medium high heat until no longer pink and browned.
- Step 3 – Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until the garlic is aromatic.
- Step 4 – In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.
- Step 5 – Top the beef with this mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Step 6 – Heat over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 7 – Place the hamburger buns on the grill and cook for 1-2 minutes to brown them slightly.
